Job Description: Reliever – Beverages Packaging
Position Overview
The Reliever in Beverages Packaging provides support to the packaging team by temporarily filling in for absent or unavailable staff. This role ensures smooth operations, continuity of production, and adherence to quality and safety standards during shifts where regular employees are unavailable.

Key Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor beverage packaging machinery (bottling, labeling, sealing, and palletizing).
• Ensure packaging materials (bottles, cans, labels, cartons) are available and properly loaded.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the packaging area in compliance with hygiene standards.
• Conduct routine checks to ensure packaging quality meets company specifications.
• Report equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to supervisors promptly.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health, safety, and food safety regulations.
• Assist in inventory control of packaging materials when required.
• Provide support across different packaging lines depending on operational needs.
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications & Skills
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or packaging (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to operate basic machinery and follow technical instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Flexibility to work across different shifts and packaging lines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically fit to handle repetitive tasks and moderate lifting.
