What You Will Do

  • Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and evaluate client needs.
  • Develop individualized, evidence-based Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
  • Provide ongoing supervision, training, and mentorship to behavior technicians.
  • Monitor progress through data analysis and make informed clinical adjustments.
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and community partners.
  • Maintain high-quality documentation that meets clinical and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For

  • Active BCBA certification (BACB).
  • Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience supporting individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
  • Illinois licensure (or willingness to obtain).
