* Clean guest rooms and restock room amenities in accordance with operational standards. * Anticipate guests' needs, respond promptly, and acknowledge all guests, regardless of how busy it may be or the time of day. * Maintain positive guest relations at all times. * Carry out thorough cleaning duties and take responsibility for the cleanliness and maintenance of your work area. * Report any defects in rooms, damage, and any lost and found items left in checked-out rooms.
