About the position

As a Seasonal Advisor within our Channel Retail team, you will help drive holiday sales in an Apple Shop within a partner reseller store during the most important time of year. As a key collaborator supporting our full-time team member at a door in their community, you will maximize performance during a peak period by helping customers with your positive attitude, love for technology, and passion for Apple. Through your stellar communication and engagement skills, you will grow Apple business by providing excellent customer service, conducting product demonstrations to customers, and generating excitement around the entire Apple ecosystem. With a strong focus on converting, upgrading, and helping customers explore Apple solutions, you'll leverage current promotions and affordability options like Trade-In and Financing through direct selling, personalized demos, and customer engagements that drive sales and attach for owners and gift-giving opportunities alike. In this part-time position, your work schedule will be based on business needs and will require you to work 16 hours per week (8 hours per day) on Saturdays and Sundays from either 10:00am to 7:00pm or 11:00am to 8:00pm local time, depending on your store location. You will also be required to work the day after Thanksgiving, Friday, November 28. This is a fixed-term position for approximately 8 weeks between November 15, 2025 and January 4, 2026.

Responsibilities

  • Represent Apple within a single partner store to drive sales and grow business.
  • Educate and encourage customers to stay knowledgeable on the latest Apple product services portfolio as well as current promotions.
  • Meet customers and promote the Apple ecosystem by communicating product benefits and value proposition through demonstrations and consultations, individually or in groups.
  • Strive for excellence and ensure Apple's outstanding dedication to brand standards are upheld throughout your store in partnership with the Community Specialist.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a minimum of 0-1+ years of related experience.
  • Passion for Apple technology.
  • Curiosity for learning and sharing knowledge with others.
  • Outstanding customer focus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to inspire others and drive sales at a single point of sale.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English.
