The HubSpot Specialist is a hands-on technical resource focused on keeping HubSpot running cleanly and reliably as a core piece of our go-to-market infrastructure! ๐Ÿš€</p><p></p><h4><strong>Your key responsibilities include:</strong></h4><ul><li><p>Managing HubSpot access and permissions across the organisation, including onboarding and offboarding users and maintaining role-based access controls</p></li><li><p>Assisting the Senior RevOps team in maintaining the integrity of HubSpot data and infrastructure โ€” properties, pipelines, associations, workflows, and integrations</p></li><li><p>Supporting the management of HubSpot integrations with third-party tools (e.g. billing systems, support platforms, data enrichment tools), including monitoring sync health and flagging issues</p></li><li><p>Auditing HubSpot assets regularly to identify redundancy, data quality issues, or configuration drift</p></li><li><p>Acting as first-line support for HubSpot queries, triaging requests and resolving straightforward issues independently</p></li><li><p>Escalating more complex technical or architectural issues to the Senior RevOps team with appropriate context and documentation</p></li><li><p>Supporting the RevOps team in deploying and testing workflow logic, automation, and reporting infrastructure</p></li><li><p>Assisting in maintaining internal documentation for HubSpot processes, configurations, and standard operating procedures<br></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>What will help you to be successful in this role?</strong></h4><p>Ideally, you have already gained some experience from working in a fast growing, global SaaS company.ย In addition, our humble wishlist includes:</p><ul><li><p>Hands-on HubSpot experience across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub</p></li><li><p>Solid understanding of HubSpot's data model โ€” contacts, companies, deals, associations, and custom objects</p></li><li><p>Comfort working in an operational or technical capacity, with a focus on platform integrity rather than campaign execution</p></li><li><p>A methodical approach to troubleshooting โ€” you ask good questions, document what you find, and communicate clearly about what you've done and why</p></li><li><p>A genuine eagerness to learn and a sense of ownership over your work โ€” HubSpot expertise can be developed, but the right mindset is what we're really hiring for</p></li><li><p>HubSpot certifications are a plus, as is experience with Operations Hub</p></li><li><p>Fluent English, written and spoken</p></li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li><p>Exposure to RevOps tooling or CRM administration more broadly</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with basic reporting and data hygiene practices</p></li><li><p>Experience working in a cross-functional go-to-market environment</p></li><li><p>Some familiarity with how HubSpot connects to external systems via native integrations, APIs, or middleware tools like Zapier or Make<br></p></li></ul><p></p><h4><strong>Whatโ€™s in it for you?</strong></h4><p>At Nordhealth, we do things a little bit differently.
