This is a low code development platform which provides environment for developers to develop application software through graphical user interfaces and through configurations instead of traditional computer programming. This toolkit provides complete technical abstraction wherein tool generates Java based code.</p> <p>The ICD/ICM developer will be responsible for implementing and maintaining Majesco Insurance products that uses ICD/ICM toolkit framework as the development framework. As a developer, you will be working extensively on the P & C Insurance platform catering to a wide customer base in the US market.</p> <p>This position will Support Majesco products for our clients in various sizes and Tiers. Responsible for quality delivery of the assigned work which will be part of major deliveries from Majesco to our customers.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <ul> <li>Defining and Modifying of Business processes flows by using ICD YAWL and Model Mappings</li> <li>Defining and configuring Rules in Majesco System through Rule Engine</li> <li>Maintaining and upgrading existing systems</li> <li>Development, prepare the Unit Test cases and execute the same for your developed feature / functionality.</li> <li>Support the Quality Assurance team in testing.</li> <li>Database Scripting and verification of the Data flow during defect analysis.</li> <li>Preparing the Data patches for the required cases and releasing it to customer through release process.</li> <li>Doing root cause analysis for all the Data Patch cases.</li> <li>Defect tracking and status updates to the issues assigned to you.</li> <li>Empowered and accountable for design, development, and rollout of new features as per customer requirements.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Qualifications and Technical Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.</li> <li>4+ years of Development experience.</li> <li>Application programming with inclination towards domain (Specifically Insurance Domain).</li> <li>Development experience with object-oriented programming JAVA technology stack preferred though not mandatory.</li> <li>Exposure to any database with clear understanding of RDBMS concepts (SQL Scripting, Data analysis skills, basic Performance improvement understandings).</li> <li>Experience in SDLC processes and software version control understanding.</li> <li>Desirable: Experience in setting up business rules and workflow concepts.</li> <li>Strong technical aptitude for both cloud-based and on-premises client solutions. </li> <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to simplify and communicate technical issues with customers.</li> <li>Advanced problem-solving skills, demonstrating the ability to identify, define and understand a problem, have knowledge of root cause analysis and research effective solutions for the customer. </li> <li>Knowledge and working experience of agile methodology is mandatory. </li> <li>Experience and ability to collaborate with multiple teams.</li> <li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>Ability to work independently, remotely, and as part of a team.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Property & Casualty insurance background with Billing domain experience.</li> <li>Experience with the Majesco Platforms/Products.</li> <li>Experience in developing and supporting of Insurance services products.</li> <li>Insurance certification.</li> </ul>
