Team members may live in the following locations: El Salvador, Mexico, or Colombia</p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Mission</strong>: <em>Optimize</em> team velocity and delivery of business value for complex projects</p> <ul> <li><strong>Cultivate Camaraderie: </strong>Ensure that Core Values are living and breathing throughout the project team. </li> <li><strong>Guide Development: </strong>Act as Product Owner advocate and Scrum leader, documenting and managing all dependencies / blockers.  </li> <li><strong>Optimize Delivery: </strong>Guide feature design and prioritization to maximize team velocity and optimize business value, utilizing AI to inform decision-making and enhance prioritization processes. </li> <li><strong>Increase Velocity: </strong>Anticipate risks/blockers, advance Praxent best practices, and lead the team to efficient outcomes.  </li> <li><strong>Lead Grooming: </strong>Build trust with clients, elicit nuanced understanding, and escalate when scope has changed. </li> <li><strong>Execute Consistently: </strong>Adhere to Agile/Praxent best practices, monitoring and correcting processes.  </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Your Day-to-Day</strong></p> <ul> <li><strong>Key Activities: </strong>Maintain day-to-day client trust and relationship; document and monitor scope changes, risks, and dependencies; monitor and optimize processes to avoid blockers and optimize velocity.</li> <li><strong>How a Current Praxenter Describes The Role</strong>: “A Senior Delivery Lead role involves leading client calls to align on business requirements, address risks or dependencies, develop roadmaps, and ensure deliverables are met based off of prioritization.
