Responsibilities

  • 80% new business hunting, 20% account farming
  • Build and manage strong relationships with healthcare clients and other healthcare partners (e.g., Epic, Workday, ServiceNow)
  • Align with C-suite stakeholders on strategy, goals, and initiatives
  • Represent HDM at client events and industry functions
  • Identify, qualify, and close new opportunities
  • Drive growth through partnerships and a strong pipeline
  • Document activity in CRM and stay on top of sales targets and KPIs

Skills

  • Based in Western (PST or MST) OR Central Region (CT) within 30 miles of a major airport
  • 5–7 years selling IT consulting services in healthcare (HIT Sales experience with Epic)
  • Skilled in EHR/EMR/ERP applications and full project lifecycle
  • Strong network of healthcare IT decision-makers
  • Polished, professional, and quota-crushing
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • MBA preferred
