Are you an experienced Bookkeeper with a knack for QuickBooks and a background in working with USA clients? Do you excel in both English and Spanish communication? If so, we want to hear from you!

Position: Bookkeeper

Location: Remote (LATAM candidates preferred)

Company: Angel City VA

Pay rate: $7 per hour.

Part-Time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks
  • Prepare and review financial reports
  • Handle accounts receivable and payable
  • Reconcile bank statements and monitor transactions
  • Provide excellent customer service to USA clients
  • Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, particularly with QuickBooks
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting
  • Experience working with USA clients
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
