Job Title: Fullstack Java Developer (70% Frontend / 30% Backend)

Location: Initial 5 days onsite at Client office, then 100% Remote

Duration: 6+ Months

Interview Process: Video

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop rich, high-performing web applications and RESTful APIs.

  • Design and implement enterprise-level solutions using OOAD, design patterns, and domain-driven design.

  • Build responsive Single Page Applications (SPAs) and reusable web components using Angular, NgRx, and Bootstrap.

  • Develop RESTful services using Java/J2EE, Spring Boot, Swagger, Docker, YAML, and JSON.

  • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following test-driven development (TDD) practices.

  • Build and maintain unit and automation test suites using Jest, JUnit, Mockito, Cucumber, Serenity, ChromeDriver, and Cypress.

  • Utilize GIT, JIRA, Jenkins, Udeploy, Terraform, Datadog, and Sonar for source control, CI/CD, and monitoring.

  • Work within AWS and EKS environments for scalable deployments.

  • Mentor and guide junior developers on technical and best coding practices.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in fullstack development using Java and modern web frameworks.

  • Strong expertise in Angular and Spring Boot.

  • Solid understanding of agile development methodologies.

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployment (AWS preferred).

  • Financial industry experience is required.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with workflow processing systems, Openfin, and reusable frameworks.

  • Exposure to containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes/EKS).
