Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information regarding PepsiCo products, services, and promotions.
  • Resolve customer issues, complaints, and requests with empathy and efficiency.
  • Process orders, returns, and exchanges according to company policies.
