The successful candidate will be the designated BSA and OFAC Officer, with a focus on strengthening the compliance framework to support the organization's growth. Key responsibilities include overseeing the implementation of the U.S. compliance regime, managing the compliance technology suite, maintaining annual corporate risk assessments, and developing and executing AML and sanctions training programs. The role also involves creating and maintaining robust policies, leading the strategy for state money transmitter licensing, and ensuring that all products and services comply with the regulatory landscape.Applicants for the Chief Compliance Officer position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree, with CAMS certification being highly preferred, and a minimum of 7 years' of experience in compliance within the Fintech, Payments, or Digital Asset sectors. Deep knowledge of BSA, USA PATRIOT Act, OFAC, and FinCEN requirements is essential, as is experience with Money Services Businesses (MSBs).
