  • Build and maintain a healthy pipeline across SMB and Enterprise accounts.
  • Present TRUGlobal’s offerings in IT Infrastructure, ERP Solutions, and Cloud Services.

Sales

Execution & Relationship Management - Conduct discovery calls with CXOs and IT Heads to identify pain points.

  • Prepare proposals, negotiate commercials, and close high-value deals.
  • Represent the company at partner events, OEM meets, and customer engagements. CRM & Marketing Collaboration - Maintain meticulous records in CRM (Salesforce) for forecasting and reporting.
  • Coordinate with marketing for webinars, campaigns, and lead-gen initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Domain Expertise: Prior experience in selling IT Infra, ERP (Salesforce/Oracle/SAP), or Cloud (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Market Experience: Proven track record in B2B Technology Sales (US Market experience is a major plus).
  • Communication: Exceptional English communication and presentation skills.
  • Soft Skills: High energy, persistence in follow-ups, and a "closer" mindset.
