Role Summary

The TikTok Shop Manager will own the creator and affiliate side of our TikTok Shop channel – building, scaling and managing a high-performing creator ecosystem that consistently produces content, drives reach and converts into sales. The role covers end-to-end ownership of creator sourcing, onboarding, campaign execution, performance optimisation and revenue growth.

Creator & Affiliate Program Management

  • Creator sourcing & recruitment: identify, vet and recruit TikTok creators and affiliates aligned with our brand, audience and product categories.

  • Onboarding & activation: run end-to-end onboarding – sample seeding, briefs, commission structures, content guidelines and platform setup via the TikTok Shop Affiliate Centre.

  • Relationship management: build and nurture long-term relationships with creators to drive ongoing content output, retention and loyalty.

  • Tiered creator strategy: manage a mix of micro, mid-tier and high-GMV creators, with dedicated programs for top performers.

  • Commission & incentive design: set, test and iterate commission rates, bonuses and performance incentives to maximise creator output and ROI.

Campaign & Content Execution

  • Creator-led campaigns: plan and roll out creator-driven campaigns aligned to product launches, promotions and trending content.

  • Content briefing: develop briefs, hooks and content angles that convert; coach creators on best-practice short-form and LIVE formats.

  • Creator LIVE support: enable creators to feature our products on their own LIVE streams – supplying product info, talking points, samples and promotional angles so they can sell to their audience (note: our in-house team already runs LIVE from our own channel).

  • Trend spotting: monitor TikTok trends daily and translate them into rapid creator briefs and content opportunities.

  • Sample & seeding logistics: manage sample fulfilment, gifting workflows and tracking across active creator partnerships.

Performance, Growth & Reporting

  • Performance tracking: monitor creator-level metrics (GMV, conversion rate, video views, commission spend) and identify winning creators, products and content angles.

  • Test & iterate: continuously A/B test creators, hooks, products and offers to scale what works and cut what doesn’t.

  • Revenue ownership: own affiliate-driven GMV targets and report weekly on channel performance, creator pipeline health and growth opportunities.

  • Forecasting & budgeting: manage commission budgets, seeding spend and creator P&L inputs.

Cross-Functional & Platform

  • Internal collaboration: work closely with merchandising, content, brand and the paid media team to align creator activity with broader marketing and commercial calendars.

  • Product feedback loop: feed creator and audience insights back into product, merchandising and content teams.

  • Platform expertise: stay across TikTok Shop ecosystem updates, Affiliate Centre features, policy changes and new commerce tools; act as internal SME.

  • Compliance: ensure creator content meets platform guidelines, disclosure requirements and brand standards.

What Success Looks Like

  • A scaled, active creator roster consistently producing on-brand, conversion-driving content.

  • Month-on-month growth in affiliate-driven GMV and a healthy pipeline of new creators.

  • Clear visibility on top-performing creators, products and content formats, with insights feeding the wider business.
