Lead division e-Commerce activities through partnership with the corporate e-Commerce teams. Coordinate the e-Commerce strategy and develop plans to support a rapid growth model, including achievement of all budgeted goals and development of new e-Commerce models. Serve as a local liaison with 3rd party partners. Ensure execution of and establish store accountability for order volumes, e-Commerce sales, and quality/consistency of customer experience based on enterprise standards. - High School Diploma or GED
- 5+ years of leadership experience
- Proficient understanding of applicable web applications for viewing/managing online orders
- Ability to establish priorities, anticipate consumer trends, oversee projects and react to business needs
- Ability to manage and lead others
- Ability to operate the devices and the computer programs needed to perform job responsibilities

- Supervise and coach direct reports in the performance of their duties; complete performance reviews and provide feedback to direct reports

- Encourage and use feedback from store management, district coordinators and online shopping associates to increase sales, order counts and profits and improve the customer order fulfillment and pick-up experience
- Communicate e-Commerce strategy, opportunities and plans with division district managers, district coordinators, store e-Commerce managers and associates
- Work with division Kompass coordinators to ensure compliance
- Assist with addressing customer feedback, questions or concerns
- Develop and manage metrics and goals to measure quality, efficiency and customer experience; plan and implement improvements to achieve goals and targets
- Plan, organize and execute associates training needs for all new e-Commerce locations and all existing locations; communicate operational procedural plans to associates for all new e-Commerce stores
- Collect, analyze and report on business results and financial data to senior leadership on a weekly, period and annual basis
- Collaborate with corporate e-Commerce team on growth strategies and expanded e-Commerce vision, including developing new store formats/models, identifying new business opportunities, and leading 3rd party partnerships for e-Commerce in division
- Perform site selection reviews and provide appropriate analysis to gain division/enterprise approval for future e-commerce locations
- Adhere to all local, state and federal laws, and company guidelines
- Establish preventive maintenance protocol for equipment
- Travel to e-Commerce stores to ensure conditions, operations and customer service standards are maintained per company guidelines
